June 16th. Utilities and Internet Included with shared laundry. Located in Gonzales close to Oak Bay Ave. One dog (any size) welcome. The house is on an 8700 square foot lot with a nice big backyard and garden that you are welcome to use. Please no smoking of any kind. Ceilings aren't full height and shower only in the bathroom. The sun pours in the kitchen and living area in the morning. It is a cute place. You will hear some noise and we do our best to keep quiet, but when people come over my dogs really like to say hi :-) so you if you need quiet all the time, this likely isn't a great fit. The suite is suitable for 2 people (if only 1 person I will reduce the rent by $100/month). Please send an email telling me a bit about yourself if you are interested.
