Available for Oct. 1. We have a one-bedroom, garden level suite with a separate entrance for a responsible person or couple ($1,175 for a couple). These pictures are older but it is essentially the same with a new bathroom (2018), new light fixtures and new fridge (2018) and we have given it a new coat of paint this month. All tile floor. Near bus route to UVIC, 15 minute walk downtown. NON-Furnished. We are a family with two young boys who live upstairs. The boys go to bed around 8:00 pm and all is quiet until around 7:30 am. We encourage them to be quiet and respectful of our tenant, but you will hear them in the day (when not at school or in care, etc.). As seen in the photos, the suite does have one low beam that runs between the kitchen and living room and over the door to the bedroom. If you are tall it might not work for you. No smoking of any substance whatsoever on premise. Hydro and water and shared laundry are included. Pets are considered (sorry no cats), but we'd like to meet them first.
