Hello! I am a single mother of 2 children looking for a long term rental. My current landlord has given me indefinte notice to move out. I am self employed FT and have excellent work references, and a good credit score, as well as great rental references for my family, including our pets. We have 2 cats who spend most of their time outdoors, and a medium sized dog. We love our pets so much and are determined to find a rental that will allow them, I would even be willing to pay a full month rent for pet deposit. My children and I love spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, walking our dog, camping and exploring our beautiful island. I am looking for a place with 2 off road parking spots- I own personal and business vehicles. We would love to have a home with a fenced yard, large or small, and secure garage for storage. My children attend school in Colwood and we would love to continued to live around the lagoon, royal bay, wishart, triangle mountain or happy valley areas, we are open to other areas in the Westshore as well. My budget is 2200$ hoping to find a place renting for a lot less but I am aware of the current high rental costs...
