Commercial Property Management Maintenance Technician

Pemberton Holmes Commercial Property Management Division seeking Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance to commercial buildings / properties in and around the Greater Victoria and Sidney areas. Position available immediately. Responsibilities / Duties include, but are not limited to, grounds maintenance, parking lot sweeps, leaf removal, general building maintenance, ladder work, handyman skills, responding to service calls and evening emergency call outs. Reliable vehicle insured for work purposes mandatory and access to use of personal tools will be necessary. Valid training certificates in WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid and CPR an asset but not mandatory as training can be made available. Strong customer relations and organizational skills essential.
