Selling my 93 Camry 2.2L 4cyl (automatic). It has been pretty reliable until recently. Has some issues popping up now and I don't need a car at the moment so I'm selling. The Good: - Fairly low KMs for its age (234k) - New battery, spark plugs, and valve cover gasket - 1/2 tank of gas, gets about 500km to the tank - Easy to work on parts are plentiful and cheap - Original radio works - Almost no rust The Bad: - The engine runs rough and will stall. Probably misfire. Shop recommends replacing the spark plug wires and distributor cap+rotor - The water pump and timing belt will need to be replaced soon - Rear sway bar bushings are worn, doesn't affect drive-ability just clunks a little - Coolant leaks a little, not sure from where. Just did a block test, pretty sure head gasket is okay. This should be a good reliable car if you have the know-how to fix it up. Or, if you are interested in learning how to work on cars, it's a pretty easy platform to start with. It actually starts and drives, but it might stall. $500 OBO. Make an offer. Prefer Email or text.
