Part time office staff wanted to join our multi-disciplinary alternative health clinic located on the West Shore. Our office is open 7 days a week. You must be available to work Saturday AND Sunday, and until 7 pm during the week. Shifts will vary. Our front office team is very important as it is the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our patients are content with their care, as well as, providing exceptional customer service. Duties include: Greeting patients, prepping treatment rooms, following COVID-19 protocols and cleaning standards, patient flow, showing patients to treatment rooms, answering a multi-line phone, checking and replying to emails, answer inquires from patients and potential new clients, scheduling patients, filing, laundry, photocopying, patient education, communicating with other team members in a respectful manner, maintaining a friendly demeanor and conversing with patients to make them feel welcome and comfortable in the office. Successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience working in an alternative health clinic, a pleasant phone voice, professional manner/appearance, ability to alphabetize files in correct order, legible printing, committed to a healthy lifestyle, ability to work as part of a team and equally effective when working on your own, knowledge of chiropractic, reliable transportation to get you to work on time. This position requires you to wear a mask for you shift. You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, there is a lot of standing, walking, bending, and going up and down stairs. Priority will be given to West Shore residents, and those who are familiar with chiropractic.
