Part-time Home Support / Caregiver wanted for woman with disabilities

Part-time home support / caregiver position in a private family home for a creative woman in her early 40's with disabilities, who is dependent on a power wheelchair. She is an enthusiastic mother to an active toddler. Those suited to this job are caring, physically strong, proactive, organized, and patient with repetitive work duties and flexible with changing household needs. Duties include assistance with personal care, transfers to and from wheelchair, light housekeeping, meal prep, assistance with activities/hobbies/errands/appointments, and driving the client’s accessible van. Applicants must have experience maintaining a household, caring for others, a valid driver's license and good driving record and be physically fit and strong for transfers. Minimum 1st Covid-19 vaccination is required. Compensation is $24/hr to start. Evening and weekend shifts available. A full-time position is also available.
