Second Owner 1983 V65 Magna up for grabs. I really don't want to sell this, but its not getting ridden enough and I hate seeing it sit. This is a 1983 v65 Magna in really nice shape. It has a few dings but nothing major, no major rust, and currently running collector plates. Kms are relatively low for a 40 year old bike. I recently have replaced : clutch friction and steels clutch diaphragm spring. Front calipers rebuilt Front forks rebuilt Coolant flushed oil and filter changed (always ran rotella) Tires swapped 1000km ago Carbs cleaned Signals swapped to led signals w/ load equalizers Led Bulb for Headlight Final drive oil changed EMGO short shots and header exhaust wrapped Seat professionally redone This bike already has the cam oiler mod that was a huge downfall of these bikes. I have swapped the bars to a flat bar as I was not a big fan of the old bars but I still have every stock part i have taken off. A few maintenance points. The front calipers are leaking still after rebuild but i suspect its just the orings on the drain plugs at the bottom of the calipers. A very easy fix I just dont have a vacuum bleeder to rebleed the brakes after I fully remove the fluid. The right fork tube seal is leaking a bit about 1000km after the rebuild. I cannot seem to figure out why, its not a heavy leak but it is apparent and should eventually be addressed. I suspect the seal got nicked when being installed because i cannot see any damage at all to the fork tube. The plastic retaining pin on the left side cover has cracked off, it is currenty held on with a small zap strap. Can be fixed but the zapstrap worked just fine and isnt really noticeable This bike runs like a top otherwise and for a 40 year old bike has heaps of power and handles like a dream. It is cheap to run aswell, doesn't require any fancy expensive oil, runs best on regular gas and it has Honda reliability. I will ignore low ball offers, like I said I don't really want to sell this, and these V65s are getting harder and harder to find
