All the supplies must be provided. No major projects (that go outside the scope of this ad unless I have people helping) I don't lift more than 35 lbs. Minimum 2 hours of work paid per visit. 7 hours a day of work max breaks included. Breaks: 1-3 hour shift: one 15 min break 4-5 hour shift: one 30 min break 6-7 hours shift: one15 min break + one 30 min break Cleaning: Basic household cleaning. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dish washing, cleaning washrooms, basic laundry (no ironing just putting clothes in washer and dryer and folding). No cleaning ovens, windows or blinds, no folding fitted sheets and no making beds, no cleaning carpets. Cooking: It would be good to provide recipes. I cook vegetarian and meat recipes. Food safe certified. Household Batch cooking food prep. 5 years experience in commercial kitchens for seniors. No catering. Companionship: Go for coffee or walks and light chats. Grocery shopping. And other things upon request. Organizing: Indoor organizing (organizing storage no bigger than 10x 12ft) Cat sitting: water, feed, play with cat with cat toys and clean and change cat litter.
