This item is listed for serious buyers, cash sale only. The cabinet has been disassembled and stored so it will need to be assembled, I will do the work, but I will need a small deposit prior to putting the unit together. I have had a number of "buyers" just not show up, and I'm not willing to turn my place upside down on a verbal agreement.
