Hiring: Parts Manager for Jaguar Victoria / Land Rover Victoria Carson Automotive Group requires a results oriented Parts Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team. This is a full-time position located at our Jaguar / Land Rover dealership in Victoria, BC. What we are looking for in a successful candidate:  A team leader with a great attitude  A great work ethic with strong communication and organizational skills  Experience with inventory management and proficient with dealership DMS (ie: CDK, PBS)  Capable of prioritizing and managing various tasks  Hands on experience with leading a team in an automotive environment  Excited to learn new tasks and contribute to the success of our team  Enjoy being busy all the time in a fast-paced environment What you will do:  Provides the highest level of professionalism and quality in Automotive Parts and Service  Accountable for all day-to-day activities of the Parts Department  Responsible for the efficient and accurate managing of parts inventory  Assist with increasing and growing department revenue  Coach, motivate and monitor employee’s performance  Monitors parts department work flow and ensures technician’s needs are met  Actively works with other departments to develop positive and productive working relationships We are proud to offer:  Ongoing training and opportunity for growth  Potential for advancement throughout our organization  Top industry remuneration with paid vacation  Benefit plan offering medical, dental, life insurance and pension.
