Whitfield Foodservice Equipment is a locally owned and operated company dealing with repair and maintenance of residential/commercial espresso and coffee equipment. We are currently looking for an espresso machine technician. We will provide all training in repair and maintenance of equipment. Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair residential and commercial espresso/coffee equipment. - Diagnose issues and create quotes for customers. - Complete work orders and generate invoices. - Assist with parts ordering/inventory Provide in person and over the phone technical support. - Clean and organize shop/work station. - Sales of new and refurbished equipment Requirements: - Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, as a large part of the job involves dealing with clients. - A knowledge of espresso and coffee is required, as all machines must be cleaned and properly calibrated. (Previous barista experience) - mechanical/electrical aptitude is important, though no prior job experience in repairs required. - Applicant must be presentable and well spoken.
