Renoson is looking for an auto detailer to join our growing team. Renoson is the longest-running PPF installer on Vancouver Island and has a particular niche in high-end vehicles, including Porsche, Audi & Tesla. Renoson is also the exclusive installer for Porsche and Audi Victoria. We provide a variety of automotive-related services including ceramic coatings, auto detailing, window tinting and paint protection film installations. The candidate who is selected for this position will enjoy an exciting and fast-paced work environment, ample opportunity to grow and expand their skillset, and the ability to work with extremely qualified professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in paint protection film, auto detailing, and vehicle wraps. Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Our goal is to help you develop a strong understanding of how to prep the vehicles for PPF or ceramic coating installation in order to provide a foundation for you to eventually become a PPF/ceramic coating installer. A suitable candidate should possess the following: - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate an interest in automotive related services - Monday-Friday availability with the possibility of Saturday work as needed- - A driver's license with a clean abstract is required The following skills are not required but considered an asset: - Experience installing window films to vehicles (ie. window tinting) - Experience installing ceramic coatings to vehicles, including wheels - Experience installing decals and/or vinyl wraps to vehicles, including boats - Experience working with customers to identify their needs and provide proper solutions. This position provides a starting wage range of of $20 - 25/hr depending on experience, paid semi-monthly, as well as additional annual bonuses based on performance.
