Administration and Marketing: Part time – Flexible hours: Langford Location -Approximately 15 hours a week, three days a week. -Above average communication and organizational skills with a hands-on approach to work. -Keen attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and presentation. -Basic Excel skills, including creating custom Excel worksheets and calendars -Familiarity with Mailchimp, WordPress, and Square very helpful, but not essential. -Assist in updating and maintaining store procedure and policies manuals, product lists and pricing. -Reconciling receipts and invoices, budget tracking. -Create and maintain marketing and events calendars. -Assist with maintaining online store and website. -Assist with marketing planning including but not limited to writing newsletters, researching information for blogs, marketing calendars, content creation and scheduled posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest. -Presenting at quarterly team training meetings outside of regular store hours. -Updating and maintaining store information on Google and other platforms. *must be legally able to work in Canada.
