Nautical Nellies is a well-established Steak & Seafood House in Victoria for the last 25 years. We require a manager who always interacts with staff & guests in a positive manner, ensuring exceptional guest service. · Overseeing Running promotional campaigns to market in-house features · Reviewing guest feedback with management to improve the overall experience · Stock checks, placing orders with suppliers + restocking bar supplies · Training and managing staff, including pre-shift meetings to update staff · Team meetings to ensure sales targets are being met or exceeded. · Ensure compliance of health and safety regulations Job Requirements · Min of 3 - 4 years experience managing a medium to large size restaurant · Must have Serving and Bartending experience. · Strong organizational, leadership, multi-tasking and communication skills · High level of timeliness and adhering to quality standards · Good knowledge of wines · FoodSafe Level 1 · First Aid Level 1 (an asset) · Serving it Right · Strong working knowledge of POS systems + cash out procedures · Experience with ordering and inventory · Ability to respond positively to pressure situations · Experience with online reservation systems The position is a full-time blend of days and nights with 2 days off in a row. Must be available for some statutory holidays.
