Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, the Recruiter will partner with a Lead Recruiter to service clients in manufacturing, construction and similar industries across Canada and the US. The primary focus of the position is to support the Lead Recruiter in candidate sourcing, nurturing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: Annual base plus commission. Commission potential is uncapped and is paid on a monthly basis. Benefits: Health and dental benefits package. Work from home available. Experience: 1+ years of fast-paced customer service office experience that includes combinations of written and phone communication with a focus on recruitment or hiring work preferred. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills orally and in writing. Detail oriented. Creative thinker. Ability to use technology platforms to communicate and screen candidates. Willingness to source candidates. Able to prioritize, multi-task, and take initiative. Helpful & positive attitude and a team player. Excellent typing, G-Suite or similar cloud computing skills, internet search and computer skills. Superior phone and marketing skills. Intuitive – can foresee what is going to happen next. Ability to ask tough questions. Understanding of the skills, attitude and aptitude that our clients need. Knowledge of the screening and hiring processes in detail to interact directly with clients. Duties and Responsibilities may include: Cold call, establish, build and maintain relationships with candidates. Use technology to warm dozens of candidates up prior to calls with emails and sms. Identify the needs of our clients with the Lead Recruiter. Utilizing social media, video and other platforms to find and screen candidates. Handle sourcing for Skilled, Supervisory and Management positions for clients. Collaborate with other team members to optimize screening, research and advertising. Share information to encourage teamwork and find new opportunities.
