Red Seal Recruiting is growing, and we are seeking an Integrator to help us organize our workload from the top down while honing us into the best team we can be. The Integrator will be a key role in our leadership team and have an eye on every department and lead our Recruitment Operations. They could also play a valuable role in one of the finance, sales, marketing leadership seats if they have interest and ability. The Integrator will get to know each of us and direct the best use of our time and talents. They will review our procedures and processes, working with the team improving them as needed. Because we are a recruiting company, much of the focus will be leading our recruitment team and empowering them to best service clients in Construction, Manufacturing and related companies across Canada and the US. Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: $60-$100k including a base salary, plus commission paid monthly on every $ earned by the company. Commission potential is uncapped and based on team performance, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SELL ANYTHING. Benefits: Health and dental benefits package. Work from home available. Flexible hours negotiable. Requirements: 2+ years of leadership experience with a focus on any of the following: Professional Services, B2B Services, customer service, Marketing, Sales, Finance Some knowledge of recruiting or hiring work preferred. Previous Database, ATS and/or CRM experience is an asset. Experience with professional email and some kind of office suite required, GSuite preferred. Energy and drive to make vision a reality. Excellent communication skills orally and in writing. Detail oriented and able to prioritize, multi-task, and delegate effectively.
