$123 · Wanted an experienced tinsmith

I have a used appliance business here in town with a recurring problem I am trying to solve. Seems best for a tinsmith to fabricate a rectangular water container about 3" high by the length and depth of 3 27" washing machines running at the same time being tested to catch any spills and slant the bottom of this container so the spilled water could run into a floor drain nearby. I have no idea who even does this type of work here in town and wondering if anyone may have a suggestion or know someone who can fabricate this simple design. Thanks. Bob at 250-885-7789
