$400 · Super Comfy Large Couch, Love Seat and Ottoman - CLEAN, NO RIPS OR STAINS

We have for sale a couch with matching love seat and ottoman in excellent used condition. We are the original owners and bought these about 15 years ago. It has been gently used occasionally over the years in a non-smoking house with no pets. None of these pieces were used daily and they were used only when watching TV downstairs, which we do maybe once or twice a week for a couple of hours or on holidays. The upstairs couches are the ones we normally use on a daily basis. The set has had very little use, and have been professionally cleaned over the years by a professional cleaning company when we had our carpets cleaned at the same time as part of a package deal although I'm doubtful if it was every really required as nothing has ever been spilled on them. There are no rips, stains or spills of any kind. There is a very slight color imperfection on the ottoman that we think was caused by an open curling iron placed on it for a moment when it was not completely cooled down. It is barely visible and cannot be seen unless you know where to look, even in a close up photo. You can't see it in the first 3 photos, but we've included 2 of it circled in the last 2 photos. On the first of the 2 circled photos you'll probably be hard pressed to see it, and in the last close up photo you may still not be able to see it if you don't know what you're looking for. What you're looking for is a "V" shaped very slight color imperfection that straddles the stitching line. This is so slight it is almost assured you'd never notice it initially but we wanted to point it out in the interests of full disclosure. The dimensions are as follows: Couch - 95" L x 42" W x 37" H Love Seat - 68" L x 42" W x 37" H Ottoman - 37" L x 37" W x 18" H The seats of the couch and loveseat are over-sized (wide) making them both very comfortable which was one of the reasons we bought the set in the first place. Our adult daughter has chosen the couch over a bed in the spare room on occasion when she comes to visit as she loves how comfy it is. We are located in Shawnigan Lake and can assist in loading these into a truck (will probably need 2 trips unless you have a very large truck). Also possibility of assisting in local delivery to your driveway or curb (Shawnigan, Cobble Hill, Mill Bay ONLY).
