We are seeking a full time Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant for our busy Notary Public office at Bay and Douglas Street in Victoria. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries - Answering a multi-line phone system - Booking appointments and transferring calls - Draft various correspondence and documents - Manage and maintain calendar - Opening and organizing files - Scanning files and documents - Other office administrative duties WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Receptionist/Office Administration experience - Legal Assistant experience preferred but not required - Excellent customer service - Clear communication and presentation skills - Attention to details and proofreading skills - Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task/prioritize - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive friendly attitude willing to learn We provide a competitive salary with a 3 month probationary period, a positive, friendly, and casual atmosphere, and a healthy-safe working environment.
