REMOTE CONVEYANCER

On behalf of our client, we are seeking interested candidates for a remote conveyancing position, full-time, permanent. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience independently handling residential real estate transactions. You would work from your home office and would be able to have the standard home office write-offs such as your monthly cell bill, internet, a percentage of your rent/mortgage payment etc. This is an employer/employee situation and not an independent self employed contractor format. The scope of the position will mostly be document preparation and registration - no final closing responsibilities as this would be done at the law firm level. This is unique opportunity for someone who wants to work from home and would like to reduce the stress of the day to day conveyancing pressures that present in-house.
