Ideally, you will have a minimum of 10 years specific to the role including HR experience, managing the firm's insurance and employee benefits, overseeing maintenance, repair and expansion of physical facilities, maintain and monitor social media/marketing, monitor and report to partners on billings, collections, financial status and projections, and make recommendations, attend partners' meetings, oversee firm advertising and monitor and provide feedback on business and law society requirements.
