Spotted Owl Bookkeeping Company is currently accepting new clients. I offer everything a full-cycle bookkeeper should offer. This includes (but certainly isn’t limited to) everything from implementing an easy-to-use accounting system to taking that old shoe-box of receipts and turning them into clear and concise financial records. I’m always available for your questions. Services I offer are as follows: -General ledger -General journal -Subsidiary ledgers and journals -GST/PST remittance -WorksafeBC remittance -Credit card and bank account reconciliation -Payroll (up to 10 employees) -Accounts payable/receivable -Financial statements including balance sheet and trial balance, month end and year end reporting I’m old fashioned at heart, and prefer a good old-fashioned spreadsheets in Excel but my versatility means I’m also comfortable using the most popular accounting software such as SAGE, Quickbooks, and Wave. I come with 16 years accounting experience, and hold a Diploma in Bookkeeping with Highest Honours. I'm also insured and registered as a sole proprietorship. Initially, I work at an hourly rate of $25.00/hr+GST, and I will discuss a flat rate AFTER I've seen the extent of the work required in full. A signed contract and deposit will be required before commencement of work.
