It is in excellent condition with no UV or damage with an annual inspection by a qualified person and it was used on my third child, so that also explains why its less of a deal for me. - No stains, tears or damage to any of the components other than the undercarriage basket plastic is not so shiny anymore. --- The seat can be flipped, the handle adjusted, and lays flat for easy storage/transport. - The tires are good, however they are a little soft at the moment and just need a bike pump to inflate, which is something I don't own nor do I want to buy one just to pump up a tire for a stroller that I'm trying to sell. - No, I wont sell the seat and stroller separately cause they are a team and teams work together! - Yes I take e-transfer. - Yes, delivery may be able to be arranged depending on your location and with prepayment. - If the ad is up, it is still available. - XP
