This stroller allows one (smaller) child to sit facing forward in the front and the other to sit backwards or stand facing forwards on the platform/seat behind. In addition, we purchased separately an extension arm that allows a bucket car seat to be placed and strapped on the forward section, which allows an easy transition from car to stroller without waking sleeping child. Bucket seat not included...unless you want it.
