Pre-owned and in good condition. Sorry to see this go, we have used this for our children and grandchildren...loved it! The newer ones you have to take apart to wash...this one you can just wipe it down! We have taken it everywhere, restaurants, road trips, great for RV camping or picnic tables, etc. It shows signs of wear, but still works great! These chairs are going for $40.00 and up on other sites, however, because of the wear, we are only asking $15.00.
