To potential candidates, We are a small operation currently looking for another person to join our team! We are seeking a candidate who is responsible, thirsty for building their knowledge and has a minimum of one season experience in the landscape industry. Living Harmony Landscapes believes in organic gardening practices that reflect natural systems. We mainly perform garden maintenance with an extension of design/install work when the schedule permits. We are looking for someone who: -Shares our love and excitement for the work we do! -Holds a minimum one season of experience in the landscape industry. -Possesses the capacity to take responsibility for personal learning and learn through working with others. -Possesses strong leadership skills or desire to improve them. -Understands customer needs and delivers services to effectively meet them. -Possesses the capacity to provide feedback, receive feedback and implement suggested improvements. -Will constantly apply high ethical standards; show respect; admit mistakes; and honour personal commitments. -Possesses the grit to work in all weather conditions. -Will welcome the challenge of regular physical work. -Holds a class 5 valid driver’s licence and is willing to learn to drive with a trailer if not already trained. -Is capable of working alone and in a group. -Possesses excellent time management skills. -We want to work with you to develop the career you are looking for.
