$1,234 · A Shot in the Dark - Looking for Work

Hi, I need and want to work, but the traditional means to employment work against me endlessly. I have, due to health issues beyond my control (now resolved), found myself over-educated and under-qualified for every job even as the world falls apart, have been struggling to overcome for years, and now ageism is biting hard too. I have simple needs and a great upside. No work is beneath me and I can do most jobs regardless of credentials, but I am simply unable to do any more too grinding manual labour. I am also unwilling to work in the gig economy or for big faceless brands anymore. But I am a person of integrity, with an rare combination of education and experience, one exhibiting the best blend of old school and new skool values, and I am looking for a customer service/administrative/technical/education/writing/logistics/driving or lighter weight manual labour job for a small or medium sized business somewhere in Greater Victoria (but I will also relocate!). So, as an addition to the standard grind of cruel, and increasingly for me, marginalizing hiring practices driving most job application processes I am attempting an end run around by posting this ad. I am aiming for that institution/business needing a solid, stable, MATURE and RELIABLE and ACCOUNTABLE person who wants to stay on indefinitely, but needs a LIVEABLE income and stable enough full-time day or evening (no midnight shifts) schedule to make that possible. I provide links to three resumes, not one of which covers all the experience or education I've gained. I am looking for a work "home".
