19+ Customer Service Representative

Simatech Vapour Shop is hiring! We are looking for a 19+ individual to join our sales team at our Quadra location as a part time employee. Our store specializes in nicotine vaporizers. As a sales associate at Simatech you will be responsible for maintaining daily organization and cleanliness, stocking the shelves, using the POS to complete purchases, ID-ing incoming patrons, and helping customers with their vaping needs. This job is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work, such as university students. We offer medical and dental benefits, a casual dress code, and an employee discount. The ideal candidate: *Is comfortable working as early as 9am and as late as 8pm *Has a friendly and outgoing attitude *Has experience working in customer service *Is comfortable working within a team and independently *Is comfortable with asking patrons for ID and refusing service when necessary Preference may be given to candidates with any of the following: *Experience working in retail *Experience working in an age-restricted setting *Knowledge/experience with electronics and nicotine vaporizers Any applicants contacted for an interview must provide 2 pieces of government official photo ID.
