OUR RENTAL PROPERTY FAMILY IS GROWING AND WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOME ENTHUSIASTIC, COMMITTED AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM! GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Working and living within the Fernwood/Oak Bay area of Victoria you will be responsible for the overall building management of some very well maintained and conveniently located properties. THE IDEAL CANDIDATES: • Are team players who are proactive, resourceful and results oriented. • Have strong and effective tenant relationship and conflict management skills. • Communicate professionally with tenants, office staff and management. • Have a knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of BC. TEAM JOB DUTIES: • Show suites. • Process and review tenant applications. • Complete all necessary forms and lease documents with new and current tenants. • Organize and assign parking stalls and lockers. • Ensure rent is collected monthly, issuing terms in a timely manner as needed. • Organize and perform move-in and move-out inspections. • Engage with tenants on a regular basis to resolve any resident issues. • Complete minor repairs as required. • Monitor and provide supervision and co-ordination for all work required at the buildings, including maintenance, renovations, scheduled inspections, etc. • Inspect suites for all in-going and out-going tenants. • Take great pride in your surroundings, keeping the buildings clean and presentable at all times. • Distribute memos and notices. • Other duties as required.
