About us Oak Bay Clean is a small business in Victoria, BC. We are customer-centric, supportive, professional and our goal is to create opportunities for experienced cleaners in Victoria BC using modern technology and marketing. Our work environment includes: *Casual work attire *Growth opportunities *Flexible working hours Oak Bay Clean is growing quickly. We need a few cleaning teams to help us with all of our new customers. In exchange we provide: *Daily pay *High rates of pay, between $28-35/hour for standard cleaning jobs and often more for move in/move outs, deep cleans, post-renovation/post-construction jobs. *Consistent and clear communication *Flexibility to work around your schedule and commitments *We do our best to provide jobs in your area and try to limit your travel time as much as possible Requirements include: - Be legally authorized to work in Canada - Be willing to submit a criminal background check - Have reliable transportation and own cleaning supplies (including vacuum and mop) - 1+ years professional cleaning experience (sorry, cleaning your own house doesn't count here ;-)) - Be consistent and reliable in your work, taking pride in what you do to make our clients homes and offices sparkling clean. - Basic English language skills What do our cleaners say about working with Oak Bay Clean?
