Welcome to Kind Hearted Cleaners, the kinder cleaning company. As a Kind Hearted Cleaner you will be working across the Greater Victoria area. We provide training and have a Kinder Standard for cleaning, our motto is "If it isn't cleaner than ever, it wasn't cleaned at all". Kind Hearted Cleaners offers a higher base wage and wage increase every 6 months until you hit your wage cap of $26.50 per hour. Don’t be fooled by some of the companies offering higher wages, our wages are before tips (not including like many others), remember, be Kind for Kinder Tips. All tips earned are 100% yours to keep (of course). We work on a contractor basis meaning our cleaners are paid cash for their work! Job Requirements: You must hold a valid drivers licence Criminal Background Check Required (6 Months or newer) Must be able to lift 30lbs Self motivated and self starter Team Player Your own products (Strict no bleach policy) You will need a small vacuum and a mop Do you love things to be clean?
