A national building maintenance company- Tricom is looking for experienced Light Duty Cleaners to join our team in Victoria. MUST BE 19 OR OLDER; EMPLOYMENT IS SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK. Job Description: -Sweep, mop and wash floors -Clean washrooms -Wipe and disinfect all surfaces -Pick up debris and empty trash receptacles -Polish glass and chrome surfaces -Dusting/ High Dusting -Cleaning interior windows/ glass -Empty trash receptacles around the building Specific Skills: -Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness for location serviced by Tricom Building Maintenance. -Candidate must have a clear understanding for time management and a keen eye for detail. -Must be comfortable working in an exciting and fast paced environment. -Must be friendly and able to communicate in a professional manner with guests/employees of establishment. Security and Safety (This position is dependent on the following): -Basic security clearance. -Background/Criminal record check. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: -Fast-paced environment. -Standing for extended periods. -Bending, Lifting and Walking for extended periods of time. Job Types: -Full-time -Permanent Shift Timings: -7 am to 3 pm Starting Wage: $15.50/ hour
