Offering to swap a large vacant self-contained studio in a house for any self-contained accommodations in central Victoria or Saanich. Located in the warmest central part of town in a very quiet cul-de-sac yet just around the corner from 2 major highways and 5 bus lines. A large window and a patio door overlook a secluded garden. It has all the amenities and 2 parking spaces. Recently voted as the most popular neighborhood in the country, Bernal hill has a breathtaking 360o view of the city and several parks with free tennis and basketball courts, even a baseball field - all within a few blocks. 7 min. drive to downtown and to the SFO airport. Non-simultaneous exchange is possible any time and dates are flexible, but I'm looking for a long-term exchange from 1 to 6 months. Mature responsible Canadian snowbird, I'll be happy to water plants and look after pets.
