FOR-TRADE: House sitting 3 weeks July - August

Hello there, my sister, her husband and their 6 year old girl are visiting me for 3 weeks, starting July 15. They are from Germany. Ideally I would like to find a place they could house sit for that time. I am off for the Summer, and if need be, could start/finish the time you might need someone to look after your house. And since I live in town, I wouldn't need to live there myself. I work in education, but have a trades background and training as well.
