I provide a professional service to complete small renos, repairs, new installations, projects and handyman work for you. I come with years of experience and an engineering and construction background. My work has ranged from simple things like assemble an IKEA table, or repair a tap, up to full renovations and even garages. I work primarily in Saanich and Sidney - but am available in other areas of the CRD. I do things properly and will make sure you are satisfied. Some of the types of work I do includes the following: 1. Reno projects 2. Honey do lists 3. Carpentry – including decks, exterior stairs, gates, fence repairs, door and frame replacement, weather stripping, new door handles and lock sets, and baseboards and moldings. 4. Drywall repairs. 5. Wood rot repair. 6. Painting and touch-up 7. TV mounting and shelving, 8. Shower enclosures, re-caulking tubs, replace faucets, toilets, sinks, 8. Assembly of flat pack furniture such as IKEA. 10. General repairs. 11. Garden sheds. 12. New switches and receptacles. 13. Cabinets, garburators, new hardware. 14. House detailing – all the little improvements and repairs that will make your house shine for sale or rental – always worth the money and time to do.
