5 Bedroom Suite Available on DECEMBER 1st, 2022!!! Each side of the duplex have 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and a shared front entrance, back entrance, laundry room and back yard. Street parking will be available, but will be limited, so we would prefer tenants without vehicles. There is plenty of storage underneath the house for bicycles and other items. Tenants will not be responsible for any yard maintenance, but must take out the garbage and recycling. Each suite will also come fully furnished with bed frames, mattresses, desks, wardrobes (unless closet is already provided) and all necessary living room furnishings + kitchen items. You will need to provide your own bedding. Free high-speed internet connection and cable vision, but other than that, you will be responsible for the 10% of the water bill, gas bill, and the City of Victoria bill for water, garbage, etc. We seek quiet, respectful and clean tenants. Transit to UVIC or Camosun is about 15-20 minutes most of the day and you can easily walk into Downtown Victoria. This is an excellent location. Thanks everyone.
