This large, furnished family homes is located within walking distance from Oak Bay Village, Oak Bay Rec Centre and Willows Beach, Oak Bay Marina and the Fort and Foul Bay shopping plaza. There are many bus routes nearby and it is within a short bus or bike ride to downtown, Camosun College (Lansdowne Campus) and UVic. This three-story, 2400 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2 offices (could be used as bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, a rec room, living room, kitchen, laundry and large backyard with swing set. Wi-Fi, heating/cooling, water and gas are included. We are looking for family who would care for our home as it is their own. It is a great base for the west coast life that Victoria has to offer: paddleboarding or kayaking at the beach, boating, hiking and cycling. High speed internet and quiet offices make it well set up for remote work. The renters could access our bikes (adult and kids), outdoor kids pool and toys, garden box and kiddie pool. We also have a hot tub the renters could use if they took on the upkeep/maintenance. No smokers, pets or loud parties. Renters must adhere to Oak Bay bylaws. Preference given to applicants who are able to commit to commit to the entire May 1-July 15, 2023 time period. Pricing is per month.
