Single Mom with 3 kids with Special Needs Need a Home

Hello, A single mama of 3 children with special needs and two dogs needs our help finding a place to call home. She only has 4 weeks to find a place because of a court ordered sale due to a horrendous divorce. Ideally she needs 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fenced yard for the two dogs to run around. She is low income but we have hope that we can find her and her children somewhere to call home. If you know of someone with a suite/house for rent with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (even if it is short term) please reach out! If a landlord would allow it she'd be okay with a 2 bedroom. Another option is - Finding a home for her family to purchase for a reduced price but it must have a suite in order for that option to work. At this time her family has been pre-approved for a set amount but they have not been able to find anything that will work due to current house prices and interest rates.
