$4,500 · Looking for a 4/5 bedroom house in Victoria area

We are relocating from Southern Alberta and looking for a 4/5 bedroom house. Ideally with a fenced yard, close to elementary and middle school in a family friendly neighborhood with kids. We are and family of 6 and have owned our own acreage in Alberta and will treat your house like it is our own. We have two smaller trained dogs we’d like to bring along. Budget range is $4000-$5000 including utilities. We don’t have to be in a specific area but husband will have to travel all over the island for work so thinking Langford, colwood, oak bay areas, but open to others.
