Family of 4 looking for a house to call home About us: We are an international family; Angela, originally from Spain ,has a psychology background, currently at home with the kids during the week and working as a caseworker on the weekends. Vit, from Czech Republic, has been working as a rope access technician for the past three years. We have two little ones ; Luka 3yo and Eyra 18mo ( curious, friendly and happy kids). We are an outdoorsy family,we love spending time outside, going for walks and hikes to the beach and forest, gardening our own vegetables, picking mushrooms in fall and berries in summer, skiing in the winter and exploring what the day bring us, seems our kids love to learn all about nature and so an outdoor space is essential for us. What we are looking for: -Ideally 2/3bd house, cottage or detached house - royal oak/elk lake/cordova bay/ north saanich/highlands are areas of preference but we are open to other areas - LONG TERM, although open to discuss other short/close term rent options while we keep looking for our ideal home -1 or 2 parking spots -Outdoor area( fenced or not) is a must for us. A plus if there is already a garden area. -Farm land and pet friendly is a plus but not required What we can offer - We can offer yard maintenance (including winter snow removal if needed), as well as maintenance of the house property including projects and improvements- Vit has landscaping and construction experience - - We are very respectful and will look after your house as if it would be ours - can provide excellent personal and professional references.
