Hello! We are looking for the perfect unfurnished long-term 2+ bedroom rental home for August or September 1st (flexible). My husband and I are in our mid-thirties with solid incomes. Our family includes a happy toddler, and a sweet, calm dog (beagle cross recue dog, approx 22lbs. Very lazy in the home). We are kind and respectful to our home and can't wait to settle in and care for a lovely space. Our musts: - kind and respectful landlords - a bathtub - plenty of light (windows) - a safe road (not too busy) - some outdoor space (or close to) Our preferences: - enclosed yard - a third bedroom or den - garden are to maintain and grow (happy to mow lawns and would love to grow food) - small storage space (for strollers, extra carseat, and bikes) We'd like to stay close to Victoria, as my husband teaches in Victoria School district, but we like Saanich as well.
