$480 · Downstairs Room available in Gordon Head across from UVic

We are a chill and relaxed group of 5 early/mid/late 20-year olds looking for another person to move in with us into our 6 person house in July. Rent is $480 a month plus utilities and internet (split 6 ways, the total is about $50 a month). The house is right on Gordon head across the street from uvic, with a 5-10 minute walk to the center of school and the buses on the bus loop. About 10-15 minute walk to fairway and BCL or 15 minutes to Saveon and Thriftys. We're preferably looking for a long term tenant, but are open to all time frames! The room is in the basement that get lots of light during the day. The basement has its own kitchen and bathroom, though it is totally okay to cook upstairs or to use the upstairs bathroom (which has a bathtub and a bigger shower). The basement would be shared by you, me (a childcare worker and student) and another male who is a vet tech and works during the week. The downstairs kitchen has some lounge furniture but there is also a dining room and living room upstairs which we all share! The house has an amazing deck that's perfect for getting rays in the spring and summer, and a big yard if laying down and looking at clouds is your jam. There is also a great big yard with lots of space for you to start a garden if you would like to! The house has tons of storage! (Both a garage for things and a large storage room downstairs). Upstairs has its own kitchen and bathroom. We have room in front of the house for parking too! Upstairs theres a Uvic student and two full time workers, 2 girls and one boy. We enjoy doing our own things but also like coming together to watch shows or hang out after work. Overall our house is pretty quiet, relaxed and chill.
