It has a private entrance with covered patio, on-site parking, heated floor in the 4-piece bathroom, and full-sized washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). It is perfect for a professional or retired couple as we are unable to accommodate children. The large south-facing living room overlooks the Strait of Juan de Fuca with great views of the Strait and the Olympic mountains. A queen size bed in one bedroom and one single bed in the second bedroom - which can easily be converted to an office. Furniture can be rearranged if preferred. Photos were taken prior to current tenant, expecting changes when viewing. Three months minimum stay is required but could be switched to long term if it is a good fit. Monthly rent $1850.00 including Wi-Fi, water/hot water, garbage collection, and cable TV. Tenants pay for the Hydro (on its own meter). Sorry, no indoor smoking, no pets.
