The house is located close to public transit and an easy drive to Downtown, UVic and Camosun. It is in pristine condition, with many amenities such as walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom, granite countertops in the kitchen and washer/dryer. There is an 8x10 storage shed for bikes etc. Rental period available is January 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. Utilities and high speed internet are included. There is no smoking on the property, neither cigarettes nor marijuana.
