Demitasse is seeking a baker or pastry Chef to head up our small but busy baking team. Baking responsibilities include baking a variety of breakfast pastries, cookies, squares, and seasonal offerings. We have a selection of products that need to be available at all times, but plenty of room for creativity and finding new favourites. In addition to baking, the head baker is responsible for some ordering, writing prep lists, and directing junior bakers. Shifts start at 5:30am, Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday if preferred.
