Seeking Experienced Saltwater Fishing Guides

Compensation: starts at $200/day + gratuities Employment type: contract King Pacific Lodge (KPL) is seeking full-time & part-time saltwater fishing guides to join our team for the 2022 operating season. KPL operates in Milbanke Sound on the Central Coast of BC, within the territory of the Heiltsuk Nation. For full-time guides, we are looking for a three-month commitment, from June 8th- September 8th, 2022. For part-time guides, there are multiple trips that we need additional fishing guides for throughout the summer season, so we can work around your availability. The pay for this position begins at $200/day, with the opportunity to receive gratuities from our guests. The following certifications for this position are required by Transport Canada: Small Non-Pleasure Domestic Vessel Basic Safety (SDVBS), formally known as MED-A3 Small Vessel Operator Proficiency (SVOP) Marine Basic First Aid (MBFA) Restricted Operator’s Certificate Maritime (ROC-M) KPL provides staff accommodation & quality meals and do not charge a room & board fee. We provide transportation in to the lodge location on our charter aircraft, from Vancouver's South Terminal. KPL strives to provide a safe and healthy environment for our crew.
