Victoria Airport Travelodge Job description Performs daily duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms. Room attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly. Responsibilities and Duties DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to): Enters and prepares the room for cleaning. Cleaning of guest bathroom/bedroom, and guest hallways. Checks vacant clean rooms. Replenishing of amenities according to the operational standards. Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests Perform rotation cleaning duties, deep cleaning. Responsible for labeling, and turning in lost & found items. Responsible for guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills PREREQUISITES: Physical mobility and stamina required Ability to carry out significant amounts of lifting, bending and stretching Ability to follow instruction Detail-oriented Professional attitude is required Ability to work in a team or independently. Available weekday and weekend mornings Strong problem solving and decision making skills
