REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: · 1+ years experience as leader in the restaurant industry, and as a cook or equal experience in restaurants · Proven leadership and excellent kitchen skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced and inter-functional team environment · High standard of professionalism and attention to detail · An excellent coach who is disciplined, honest, and leads by example · Demonstrated experience leading operations · Personal alignment with Virtuous Pie’s vision, values, and culture · Experience using plant-based ingredients · Experience and fluency with Inventory, Point of Sale, Scheduling, and Payroll software. Bonus if you have used CTUIT, Revel, or Payworks · Experience with Microsoft Office and Google software RESPONSIBILITIES: Restaurant Operations: · Lead restaurant operations while on shift · Work closely with General Manager and Sous Chef to ensure high quality of food and beverage programs · Control inventory, ordering and labor cost systems · Manage full menu, including development and testing · Ensure perfect food quality in prep and line kitchens Administrative Operations: · Assisting the GM to ensure all financial, personnel, and payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Partner + Guest Experience: · Responsible for assisting the GM with HR/hiring; training, scheduling, payroll, operations, monitoring, coaching, and reviewing of partners · Train BOH partners to maintain a strong work culture and brand identity as well as uphold standards of guest experience · Create positive and long-lasting relationships with team COMPENSATION $45,000-$52,000 annual salary, plus bonus Health & Dental Benefits after 3 months Mental Health Resources Apply Now: http://besthirenow.com/virtuous-pie-chef
