Coordinator (nights)

The primary responsibility of Night Coordinator is to ensure the health, security and welfare of the residents. Duties include responding to emergencies on the premises, the administration of first aid when required and appropriate, and performing security rounds. Some light housekeeping duties are required on each shift. There is a large amount of downtime during this shift and it would be perfect for an individual studying online or someone with a hobby to pursue. Please note that all staff and residents have   been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We have a contact with the Health Authority that will allow new employees to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Hours of work 12:00 am (Midnight) to 8:00 am. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION • Valid Emergency First Aid with CPR-C &   AED (or equivalent, e.g. OFA1) EXPERIENCE • Working with seniors an asset • Working night shifts • Housekeeping experience an asset SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Able to work independently • Able to deal diplomatically and effectively with residents and other staff • Professional, courteous, friendly, reliable, and responsible • Bondable Applications open until filled.
